This division conducts reviews of building permits related to commercial properties, (including apartments, townhomes, multi-family dwellings, and agriculture uses and structures), zoning land use ordinances and stormwater quality-related submissions (ESCP Category 1A and below, as well as post-construction Category 2 and below). Building Division also conducts all building permit related inspections (except HFD).

This section reviews project submissions for building permits related to residential properties, including single-family dwellings, two-family dwellings, duplexes, and their associated accessory structures.
