What is the status of my application?

For Permanent (Civil Service) Jobs:

You will receive an email confirmation once an application is submitted. After your application is reviewed, the Department of Human Resources will notify you of your application status via email.

For Temporary Jobs:

The hiring department(s) will contact you directly should they choose to proceed further with your application.

How do I attach additional documents to my application after it's been submitted?

For Permanent (Civil Service) Jobs:

Prior to receiving application results from the Department of Human Resources, you have 2 options to submit additional documents:

    • Drop-off copies in person
    • Mail-in copies

Those on the eligible list have qualified for the position and their application is forwarded to the hiring department(s). The hiring department will contact you by phone or email to schedule an interview.
