NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City and County of Honolulu Department of Housing and Land Management on Thursday, July 10, 2025 will hold a public hearing as required by Section 147(f) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 (the “Code”), at which it will hear and consider information concerning a proposed plan of financing providing for the issuance by the City and County of Honolulu (the “County”) of exempt facility bonds for a qualified residential rental project pursuant to Section 142(a)(7) of the Code in one or more series issued from time to time (the “Bonds”). The Bonds, not to exceed the principal amount shown below, will be issued to assist in the financing or refinancing of the acquisition, construction and development of a new affordable multifamily residential facility (the “Project”).

The hearing will commence at 4:00p.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard and will be held in the 3rd Floor Conference Room of the Frank Fasi Municipal Building, 650 South King Street, Honolulu, Hawaii, 96813. Interested persons wishing to express their views on the issuance of the Bonds or on the nature and location of the proposed Project to be financed or refinanced may attend the public hearing or, prior to the time of the hearing, submit written comments.
