Breaking ground on Kaleimaʻo Village: 127 affordable homes coming to ʻEwa Beach

The City has issued RFQ-DHLM-25-04 to redevelop the former Dee Lite Bakery and adjacent parcel on Dillingham Boulevard into a transit-oriented affordable housing community across from the future Mokauea Skyline Station. Interested developers are encouraged to review the RFQ and submit qualifications by October 10, 2025
