Please download the Request for Grant Proposals (RGP) from the State of Hawaii’s Hawaii Awards & Notices Data System (HANDS) website by clicking HERE. You may also search for “GIA” or “Grants in Aid” in the HANDS search bar under the “Bidding Opportunities” tab and please make sure that the Jurisdiction is “City and County of Honolulu”.  Registration is NOT required to download the RGP. Grant applicants are responsible to check the HANDS website for any updates and addenda issued by the City. Use the downloaded RGP and application for reference as you watch the instructional videos.
