DESCRIPTION:Organized by District 1 Councilmember Andria Tupola\, R3 is a r
 esource fair held in Waiʻanae\, and provides resources for housing\, job 
 development\, and other social services to members of the public. Special 
 emphasis is placed on individuals experiencing or at risk of homelessness.
