PUBLIC PARTICIPATION AND TESTIMONY

Some members of the Committee and presenters may be participating by interactive conference technology from remote locations.

ORAL TESTIMONY

Oral Testimony will be permitted on all items on the agenda, subject to the following restrictions:

Persons may submit oral testimony in person at Kapālama Hale.
Before each agenda item for discussion, members of the public will be given an opportunity to present their testimony.
Each speaker is limited to a two-minute presentation. When the timer goes off, please conclude your remarks promptly.

WRITTEN TESTIMONY

Written testimony may be faxed to 808- 768-5611 or e-mailed to EADHCOA@honolulu.gov for distribution at the meeting. If submitted, written testimonies, including the testifier’s address, email address and phone number, may be posted to the Committee’s website.
