DIVISION OF MOTOR VEHICLES
We provide a range of motor vehicle, licensing, and public services, and conduct regulatory functions. We also operate five driver licensing centers on Oahu: Kapalama, Kapolei, Koolau, Wahiawa and Waianae.

- Schedule appointments for in-office services at AlohaQ.
- Next-day appointments are added daily at 4:15 p.m. at all driver licensing centers, except Waianae and the Commercial Driver Licensing Office. (The purpose of next-day appointments is to offset no-shows and last-minute cancellations).

Payments may be made by cash, check (drawn on U.S. Funds), money order, traveler’s or cashier’s check (returned checks incur $25 service fee).
We accept Visa, MasterCard, or Discover Credit Cards or Debit Cards. A service fee of 2.35% will be added to the transaction amount.
