THE SATELLITE CITY HALL DIVISION
The Satellite City Hall Division works closely with other city departments. The division’s 9 satellite city hall offices serve communities throughout Oahu. The division offers motor vehicle registration and titling transactions; takes bill payments; issues and reloads HOLO passes; registers bicycles and mopeds, as well as issues disability parking placards. Certain Satellite City Halls offer limited driver’s license and state ID renewal services.
