AlohaQ is the way to go in securing an appointment for services at a satellite city hall or driver licensing center in the City and County of Honolulu. With the ever growing demand for services at our locations, an appointment will assure your spot to take care of your in-person transactions.
AlohaQ appointments can be made on any mobile device with an internet connection, a smartphone, or a computer. And many of our satellite city halls and driver licensing centers have AlohaQ kiosks so you can make the appointment.
And remember, a driver’s license or state ID card may be renewed up to six months before it expires.
"How-To AlohaQ" Step-by-step
- Go to AlohaQ.org using your mobile device, smartphone or desktop
- Select “Driver Licensing and Satellite Services”
- Select “Make Appointment”
- Choose a location—click on the location to see the services offered
- Driver licensing centers offer full driver’s license and state ID services
- Satellite city halls perform services such as motor vehicle registration and titling. They also handle an array of other public services, including disability parking permits.
- Certain satellite city halls offer limited Hawaii driver’s license and state ID renewal and duplicate services
- Select the service you need
- If you select a driver’s license or state ID service, you can review the required REAL ID documents
- Choose a date and time—don’t wait to make an appointment!
- Fill in your information (first name, last name & mobile number)
- Complete the AlohaQ appointment and get your “ticket”
- If you entered a mobile number, you will receive a confirmation text message
- If you entered a landline number, print or write down your appointment information.
- You can view or manage your ticket at any time:
Visit AlohaQ.org and enter your last name along with confirmation number or the phone number you used to book the appointment.
