2026 Saturday Appointments

Oahu motorists, whose driver’s licenses are expiring within six months, will be able to renew them on Saturdays on an appointment-only basis, starting Jan. 31 at the locations below. Road tests will also be available by appointment only. Appointments open at 4:15 p.m. the Wednesday prior to the date on the table.

Reminder: A driver’s license can be renewed up to 6 months before its expiration date without losing the regular anniversary date.

  • No driver’s license services at Ala Moana, Kapalama, Kapolei, Waianae or Wahiawa satellite city halls


    • State ID Renewal & Duplicate

    • Cash, Credit or Debit cards with the Visa, MasterCard, or Discover logo, or Check drawn on U.S. funds made payable to City and County of Honolulu are accepted at all Satellite City Halls and Driver Licensing Centers except Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam Vehicle Registration Office.

    *Please Note: A service fee of 2.35% of the total credit/debit card payment will be assessed.
