ANNUAL COMPREHENSIVE FINANCIAL REPORT
The Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR) is prepared by the Department of Budget and Fiscal Services. The ACFR represents all budgeting and accounting activities of the City during the year, and covers all funds of the City and its component units.
The Sewer Fund financial statement is intended to present the portion of the funds of the City’s Enterprise Funds that is attributable to the transactions of the Sewer Fund.
