Assists in planning and implementing a swimming program at the Department’s swimming pools and ocean recreation areas. He/she will conduct learn-to-swim classes, perform lifeguard duties, organize swimming activities, provide general assistance to the regular staff, keep statistics, and prepare reports.
In addition, the Program Aide (Swimming) performs custodial duties to include restocking restroom supplies, emptying trash, and cleaning restrooms and showers.
