Central Oʻahu Regional Park Temporary Debris Storage and Reduction (TDSR) site
Following the Kona Low storm events, the City established the Central Oʻahu Regional Park Temporary Debris Storage and Reduction (TDSR) site to safely manage and process storm-generated debris collected during recovery operations. The site played an important role in supporting community recovery while ensuring environmental protections remained in place throughout debris management and site restoration activities.
