Revised Ordinances of Honolulu 1990

This Revised Ordinances of Honolulu 1990 (ROH) database contains the full text of the ROH separated by chapter and article, and is compiled by the Office of Council Services as Revisor of Ordinances. Larger chapters are divided into multiple files separated by article number. The year in the title of this database refers to the last time the ordinances were "codified", that is, reorganized and reformatted (1990 does not reflect the frequency of update).

This unofficial on-line version of the ROH is updated every two months. The official printed text of the ROH is updated semiannually with the distribution of supplement (amended) pages by the publisher.

To determine if any ordinances in the official version of the ROH have been amended since the last supplement, use the “Current Table of Sections Affected” link. To purchase printed copies, please check with the Municipal Book Store for instructions. Copies of individual ordinances are available from the City Clerk, Council Information & Records Office.
