McCully - Moiliili Neighborhood Board # 8 Regular Meeting Agenda Thursday, October 4, 2007 A quorum of 8 members must be present by 7:10 p.m. or the meeting may be cancelled. Please turn off/silence all pagers and telephones. Recognition by Chair is required before speaking. Only two (2) turns per person to speak, including Board Members, of one minute each. I.
