V.   HOUSEKEEPING  (5 minutes) For information and action, if necessary.

A.  Bus Stop at Washington Middle School – Report from Department of Transportation Services, Attachment I. 

B.  Kaimuki High Streambank Clean-Up November 30 - 100 people from Americorps & Ala Wai Watershed cleaned vegetation from Date Street to Kaimuki Ave to improve habitat for ducks, native birds and removing invasive species. Report by Ron Lockwood, Attachment II.

   C.  Totally Against Grafitti Meeting of December 5th - Report by John Gollner II and Mimi Gans, Attachment III.

   D.  Hawaii 2050 Meeting of December 5th  - Report by Ron Lockwood, Attachment IV.

   E.  Board Election Candidates & Deadline - All candidates must have their information turned in by January 16th.  Forms were mailed to each current Board member and to everyone on the mailing list.  Forms are also available tonight. Ten (10) candidates per sub-district would make for an incredible election.

F.      Board Candidate Training - "How to Run a Board Meeting and Committee e Meeting" will be held in March or April for all candidates.
