McCully - Moiliili Neighborhood Board # 8 Regular Meeting Agenda Thursday, December 6, 2007, 7:00 p.m. A quorum (8 members) must be present by 7:10 p.m. or the meeting may be cancelled. Please turn off / silence all pagers and telephones. Recognition by the Chair is required before speaking. Only two (2) turns per person to speak (including Board Members) of one minute each. I. CALL TO ORDER at 7:00 p.m. II. PUBLIC SAFETY AND COMMUNITY LIAISONS (35 Minutes) Questions in private or in writing to these officials before or after they speak would be greatly appreciated to save time A. Honolulu Fire Department ( 2 minutes) McCully Flooding response B. PRESENTATION (10 15 Minutes) * For Action (Please ask questions AFTER the presentation) *The Varsity at Pucks Alley - Request for liquor license Action will be taken for support, to deny, or no action at this time through a letter to the Liquor Commission V. HOUSEKEEPING ( 5 Minutes) For information and action if necessary A. Stream / Watershed Status Report. see: manoawatershed.oceanit.com i. ii. Hausten Ditch. No action due to cost iii. Makiki Stream iv. Manoa Stream v. Palolo Stream B. Recess for the Board will be in January. The next meeting is February 7, 2008. Watch for the location of the February meeting on the February Agenda. C. New meeting site for February 2008 and beyond. Costs. D. Winter Break for schools. Most are from December 21, 2007 to January 10, 2008. Drive safely and be aware of your surroundings. VI. RESIDENTS CONCERNS (10 Minutes) One item per resident (1 minute) until everyone has spoken.
