                The Board of Regents received President McClain's recommendation to accept the UARC.

                There are three (3) projects that directly affect our neighborhood. See www.OahuMPO.org for details.

        6.4    Charter Commission Update – Clifton Takamura

                The Charter Commission will hold three (3) meetings in March for public comment on proposals for the November ballot.

        6.5    Bowl-O-Drome – Ron Lockwood

                Site is for rent/lease for 25-65 years with a minimum rent of $626,000 per year to start. See the January 5th Honolulu Advertiser article for further details. If interested, go to www.hawaii.gov/dhhl/commercial or call 586-3840.

        6.6    Boys & Girls Club – Ron Lockwood

                Clubhouse Director position still vacant. Reduced hours of operation are affecting our neighborhood.
