(Discussion and Action)

A.      Department of Education’s Plans for Funding and Building of schools in Central Oahu in conjunction with the increasing development. DOE presentation

 

B.     Motion/Letter to Department of Parks & Recreation requesting Park closure time from 10:00PM to 5:00AM daily at Mililani Mauka District Park and Mililani Mauka Community Park.

 

                 X.                        Unfinished Business: (Discussion and Action)

A.      Resolution Urging the State Department of Transportation and Legislature to properly plan for the construction of, and budget for the funding of, roadways and other transit infrastructure needed in Central Oahu because of current and future development.

 

B.     Motion to establish a “Special Committee” to create a “Coalition” with other Central Oahu Communities and Special Interest Groups for the purpose of discussing ongoing and future development in Central O’ahu.

 

C.     Launani Valley ~ Status of request from resident that Wikao Street should be “No Parking” and Enforcement Issues.

A.      RECESSED IN JULY – The next Regular Meeting of the Mililani Mauka/Launani Valley Neighborhood Board will be held on AUGUST 15, 2006 at 7:00PM at the Mililani Mauka Elementary School Cafeteria, 95-1111 Makaikai Street.

B.     RECESSED IN JULY – The next Committee of the Whole Meeting will be on AUGUST 1, 2006 at 7:00PM at the Mililani Ike Elementary School Cafeteria.
