11.1    NHB#3 mail or City Council notices

                  11.2    Natalie Iwase thanked the Board for support of the bicycle safety resolution. To date, seven                           boards have passed the bicycle safety resolutions and upcoming presentations to be held at                 two other neighborhood boards. And Council member Kobayashi introduced Resolution 07- 250,   urging the Department of Transportation and the Department of Parks and Recreation   to install bike racks in city parks; passed unanimously in City Council
