KAHALU'U NEIGHBORHOOD BOARD
REGULAR MEETING AGENDA

Every Board member and attendee may speak ONE times on each pending issue, ONE MINUTE per speaker; “second turn to come after all those who wished to speak first have had an opportunity.” Reports from organized groups, legislators, government officials shall be limited to THREE MINUTES each. Presentations shall be limited to FIVE MINUTES each. All follow-up questions and answers shall be limited to ONE MINUTE each. All reports and presentations should also be in writing. If someone wants to speak more that twice, or for a longer period of time, unanimous consent may be used to give the individual another speech, or to extend their time by ONE or TWO minutes. All cellular phones and pagers shall be turned off or switched to “silent” mode.

· Kahalu’u Neighborhood Board Recognition Program
· Next Board Meeting will be March 14, 2007, KEY Project, 47-400 Waihee Road, at 7:00 p.m.
· Agenda item requests must be directed to the neighborhood assistant two weeks prior to the Board’s meeting. The neighborhood assistant will then send the draft agenda to Chair Okuda for finalization.
