KAHALU'U NEIGHBORHOOD BOARD

 

REGULAR MEETING AGENDA

Anyone wishing to speak must be first recognized by the chair. Each speaker will be allowed three minutes.

 All reports and presentations should also be in writing. The board practices civil discourse and speakers who stray from civility will be called out of order. The chair, in the interest of meeting efficiency, may limit the number of times a person may speak on any one agenda item. The chair may also allow those who have not spoken to be heard prior to those who have already spoken.

11.  ANNOUNCEMENTS

 

A.      Kahalu`u Community Master Plan Draft Report (honoluludpp.org/planning/kahaluu/kahaluu.pdf) can be viewed online.  Written comments can be made until August 10, 2007 by email at info@hhf.com . 

B.      Neighborhood Board Review Task Force is meeting and will be developing recommendations on changes to the Neighborhood Board system.  View agendas, minutes and committee reports online through the Neighborhood Commission homepage at www.honolulu.gov/nco -- click on bullet for Council Task Force Ag/Min.

C.      Sunshine Law Training for Neighborhood Board members will be Tuesday, August 14, 2007, at the City’s Mission Memorial Auditorium (adjacent to Honolulu Hale), 550 South King Street, at 5:45 p.m.

D.      Next Board Meeting will be Wednesday, September 12, 2007, KEY Project, 47-400 Waihee Road, at 7:00 p.m.
