NO QUORUM, NO MEETING: At 7:15 p.m. Acting Chair Jyun Yamamoto canceled the meeting, because there was no quorum of five members present (per the "Sunshine Law").

MEMBERS PRESENT: Sheri Bentley, Silvia Koch, Kathy Masunaga, Jyun Yamamoto.

MEMBERS ABSENT: Ben Acohido (notified), Vee Chuensanguansat (notified), Joe Francher (notified), Jeanne Ishikawa (notified), and Mary Jane Lee.

GUESTS: CMC Michael Dollen, Capt. Janet Stewart and CWO4 Clifton Jenkins (NCTAMS PAC); Senator Robert Bunda, Eugene Lee (Director, Department of Design and Construction, Mayor Mufi Hannemann's representative);

James Burke (City Department of Transportation Services); Melissa Agoo (President, Wilikina Apartment Residents Association); Marian Tsuji (Lanakila), Hugh T. Lowery, Daniel Neyer, Ellen B. Hyer, and K. Russell Ho (Neighborhood Commission Office staff).
