CALL TO ORDER: Chair Richard Oshiro informed the Board and guests that due to a lack of quorum 10 members present at 7:15 p.m., to establish a quorum, tonight’s regular meeting is cancelled. Chair Oshiro announced that the next Regular Board meeting is scheduled for Thursday, November 15, 2007.

MEMBERS PRESENT: Edmund Alfonso, Maureen Andrade, Cory Chun, Irene Elston, Terry Healey, Thomas Maus, Richard Oshiro, Rito Saniatan and George Yakowenko.

MEMBERS ABSENT: Marty Burke, Cory Chun, Lorraine Duhaylonsod, Romeo Garcia, Connie Herolaga, Joe Hunkin, Jr., and Kerry Nishimoto.

GUESTS: Baybee Hufana-Ablan (Mayor’s Representative), Senator Clarence Nishihara, Breene Harimoto (BOE), David Festerling (Governor’s Representative), Sergeant Allan Keller (HPD), Sergeant Brant Pia (HPD/Waipahu Weed and Seed), Fire Fighters Ken Miyasaki and Thomas Simon (HFD), Tyeyong Kim (ECI), Lance Yoshimura (Mililani Mauka Neighborhood Board No. 35), Liz Delfico and Wayne Ogasawara (WCA), Chuck Wheatley (Vice President, WNIA), Yvonne Bob Farrell (videographer), William Maglitni; and Jamal Siddiqui (Neighborhood Commission Office staff).
