19.1     Oath of Office – All board members are required to take the oath of office and cannot be seated until doing so.

19.2     Training – Sunshine Law: The Revised Ordinances of Honolulu require that all   board members have sunshine law training every two years. If you did not attend the training on June 2^nd, please attend the next scheduled training.
