3.                  Initial Convening of the Board: Note – No official action can be taken until a chairperson is elected (Neighborhood Plan Sec. 4-41 (c)

4.                  Action to fill two vacant seats on the Board; two for Sub district One (Halawa, Halawa Heights, Stadium, Halawa Valley and Ford Island).

Aiea Community Association meetings are held on the fourth Monday of the month, Aiea Intergenerational Center at 7:00 p.m. (Across from Albero and Sakura Restaurants on Kauhale Street, Suite B). Same holiday rule applies. Next meeting on Monday, June 25, 2007; http://www.aiea-community-assoc.org.

19.1     Oath of Office – All board members are required to take the oath of office and cannot be seated until doing so.

19.2     Training – Sunshine Law: The Revised Ordinances of Honolulu require that all   board members have sunshine law training every two years. If you did not attend the training on June 2nd, please attend the next scheduled training.
