REGULAR MEETING AGENDA

STATE, CITY & COUNTY ELECTED OFFICIALS, OMPO, AND OTHER AGENCIES
State, City & County Elected Officials, OMPO, and other agencies are encouraged to bring ample copies of their published reports to the scheduled Neighborhood Board meeting, or to deliver them to the Neighborhood Board Commission (Attn: Chair – NHB #12, Honolulu Hale, 530 S. King Street, Suite #400) NO LATER THAN January 15, 2007 (Monday). Reports submitted will be distributed to Board members, and extra copies provided will be made available for attending guests.
CITIZENS/COMMUNITY CONCERNS
- Citizens are encouraged to contact their elected neighborhood Board members regarding their issues. (See Neighborhood Board No 12 Directory as published on the City’s website – below).
- Citizens are encouraged to submit written requests (for agenda consideration), 21 days prior to future Neighborhood Board meetings to: Chair – NHB #12, Honolulu Hale.
- Neighborhood Board Members are encouraged to immediately notify and/or forward citizens/community concerns received by them to the CHAIR, for timely implementation and referral towards bringing concerns to a closure. The intention of the Chair is to circumvent a “bottleneck effect” in addressing citizens’/community concerns at future Neighborhood Board Meetings.
The Chair requests that board members NOT BEING ABLE TO ATTEND this scheduled board meeting to call him BEFORE 4:00 P.M. at 688-7337 or 527-5569. If it is determined by the Chair that the board will not have a quorum, the meeting will be CANCELLED. All invited quests listed on the agenda will be notified. Citizens wishing to attend the meeting may call the Chair at 688-7337, to confirm if the meeting will proceed as scheduled.
