Jeanette Nekota) and March 31, 2005 (Secretary Pro Tem Tom Heinrich)

5,          Preparation for Honolulu City Council Special Meeting for Second Reading and Public

Hearings on the Fiscal Year 2006 Budget Bills to be Held on Thursday April 21, 2005 at

4:00 P.M. at Council Chambers, Honolulu Hale, 3rd Floor, 530 South King Street

6.          Discussion of Various Current Budget Related Processes and Ideas for Improvements to

the Neighborhood Board System and its Administration and Activities Which Would

Affect the Budget, Including, But Not Limited To:

The Fiscal Year 2006 (July 1, 2005 to June 30, 2006) City & County of Honolulu

       Budget Process (City Council Bill 12 Relating to the Executive Operating Budget

       introduced on March 2, 2005; $720,104 proposed for Neighborhood Board System);

Preparation Process for the Neighborhood Board System Budget;

Preparation Process for Individual Neighborhood Board Budgets; and

Specific Neighborhood Board System Budget Related Ideas.

7.          Scheduling of Next Budget Committee Meeting

8.       The next Neighborhood Commission meeting is tentatively scheduled for Tuesday

May 10, 2005 at 6:30 P.M. at the City Council Chambers, Honolulu Hale, 3rd Floor,

530 South King Street.  To verify the meeting schedule and review the agenda, please
