LATEST BUS PASS PROCESSING SCHEDULE FOR SENIORS AND DISABLED
The City has opened additional days at the Blaisdell Center to process new bus passes for seniors and the disabled from Oct. 14-17 and on Oct. 20 to accommodate the large turnout of people. Also, a processing center will be opened at Windward Mall on Oct. 15-17, NOT Oct. 13-14, as originally announced. The City encourages elderly and disabled bus users to go to processing centers closest to them for maximum convenience. The following is an updated schedule, with latest additions in boldface and underlined:
Oct. 13, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Wahiawa District Park and Pearlridge Satellite City Hall.
Oct. 14, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Waimanalo District Park and Pearlridge Satellite City Hall. Blaisdell Center, Pikake Room (7 a.m. to 3 p.m.)
Oct. 15, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Makua Ali’i Senior Citizen Center, Pearlridge Satellite City Hall and Windward Mall. Blaisdell Center, Pikake Room (7 a.m. to 3 p.m.)
Oct. 16, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Kaneohe Community Center, Pearlridge Satellite City Hall and Windward Mall. Blaisdell Center, Pikake Room (7 a.m. to 3 p.m.)
Oct. 17, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Pearlridge Satellite City Hall and Windward Mall. Blaisdell Center, Pikake Room (7 a.m. to 3 p.m.)
Oct. 20, Blaisdell Center, Pikake Room (7 a.m. to 3 p.m.)
Oct. 21-24, Blaisdell Center, Hawaii Suite.
Photo Ids and bus passes are also being processed at TheBus Office at 811 Middle Street. TheBus Office is open from 7:30 a.m to 3:30 p.m.
DTS is looking for additional sites in the community where seniors and disabled riders can process their ID cards and purchase their bus passes. Additional information on processing sites will be available on the city’s web page: www.co.honolulu.hi.us/dts
