FOREWORD
This compilation of resolutions attempts to identify all resolutions that reflect the policies
of the City and County of Honolulu as established by the City Council.
The resolutions identified in the Subject Area Quick Index were determined to be
policy resolutions because each resolution indicates the councils intent to provide policy guidance
to city agencies responsible for the implementation of present and future programs and
activities of the city. The Index is followed by a chronological listing of
resolutions, List of Resolutions, which identifies the resolutions, copies of which are included
for your easy reference.
The resolutions in this manual can also be found on the citys website
