Honolulu City Council Policy Resolutions

Description: Contains the full-text files of all resolutions adopted since 1964 by the City Council that express Council policies governing City operations. Newly adopted resolutions are added semi-annually. A table of contents chronologically listing all resolutions contained in the database, with a quick index listing the resolutions by subject area, is included. In general, resolutions do not have the force and effect of law.

The data is intended for use as an on-line research tool. Data is in files converted from word-processing format to web format. No warranties are made regarding its accuracy or completeness. Printed copies and microfilm of all resolutions are available from the Office of the City Clerk, Council Information and Records Office.
