TO REZONE LAND SITUATED AT MAIILI, OAHU, HAWAII (AMENDING PORTION OF ZONING MAP
NO. 14)
BE IT ORDAINED by the People of the City and County of Honolulu:
SECTION l. Land situated at Maiili, Oahu, Hawaii, hereinafter described, is hereby rezoned
from R-5 Residential District to B-1 Neighborhood Business District with a 40-feet height
limit. The boundaries and area of said B-1 Neighborhood Business District shall be
described as shown on the map attached hereto, marked Exhibit “A” and made
a part hereof, and further identified as Tax Map Keys: 8-7-010: portion of
parcel 002.
SECTION 2. A Unilateral Agreement marked “Exhibit B” is by reference incorporated herein
and made a part hereof.

SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
