Title:
A BILL FOR AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO THE ADVERTISEMENT AND PROMOTION OF INTOXICATING LIQUOR.
Gist:
To protect public health and safety and to foster compliance with Sections 281-4, 281-78, 281-101 and 712-1250.5, HRS, by restricting the placement in a school zone of advertisements of intoxicating liquor and liquor products that may be viewed from any publicly visible location.
