Honolulu Vendor Self Service (VSS)

The Honolulu Vendor Self Service (VSS) portal provides vendors with a single entry point to register, identify the goods or services that their company provides, scan for opportunities and respond to solicitations using the web.

Receiving Automated Email Notices

The (3) three-digit Commodity classes selected during the Registration process or added through Account Maintenance will determine which email notices of VSS solicitations your organization will receive.

Alternatively, VSS solicitations can be view by browsing the "Search for Solicitations" section of Vendor Self Service.
