Honolulu Vendor Self Service (VSS)
The Honolulu Vendor Self Service (VSS) portal provides vendors with a single entry point to register, identify the goods or services that their company provides, scan for opportunities and respond to solicitations using the web.
Registering for VSS
VSS allows only one (1) Vendor Account per organization. Individual User Accounts can be created within the one (1) Vendor Account.
New registrations created for Existing Accounts will be Rejected. Please contact the Help Desk at (808) 768-5535 or bfspurchasing@honolulu.gov if you are unsure of your organization's account status.
New Register
· For New Vendors who have not done business with the City & County of Honolulu. Please register a new account with the Division of Purchasing. Please refer to the VSS How to Register Guide.
Existing Account
· For Existing Vendors who have done business with the City & County of Honolulu or have been assigned a Vendor Customer Number. Please Do Not register a new account. Instead, please activate your organization's existing account. Please refer to the VSS Existing Vendor Guide.
After you have finished your registration, please mail your IRS W-9 form to the following address:
