Honolulu Vendor Self Service (VSS)

The Honolulu Vendor Self Service (VSS) portal provides vendors with a single entry point to register, identify the goods or services that their company provides, scan for opportunities and respond to solicitations using the web.

In the coming weeks, VSS will allow you to receive email confirmation for new bids, cancelled solicitations, amendments, or notification of awards. You will also be able to view commodity history, ask questions, and browse for awards (pending and completed).

In order to streamline procurements and effectively notify the vendor community of new and relevant opportunities, we are instituting the National Institute of Governmental Purchasing (NIGP) commodity code structure. Please use the link below to learn more and determine the commodity code which best describe the products and services that you offer.
