| A mailed notification consists of a postcard notifying the applicant of the date, time, place, and a general description of the equipment to be auctioned. A faxed notification consists of a copy of the auction notice with details of the date, time, place, and equipment to be auctioned. Applicants may choose to have the auction notification mailed and/or faxed.
