The City and County of Honolulu Vendor Self Service System is now available.
This system will service all vendors who provide goods or services to the City, including construction, professional services and concessions.
There will be a great deal of new functionality available through the new site. Please accept our invitation to visit the site and register. We will be posting additional information on the Purchasing website at http://www.honolulu.gov/pur. If you need assistance, we can be reached by email at bfspurchase@honolulu.gov or phone (808) 768-3963 or (808) 768-3948. We are open Monday through Friday from 7:45 a.m. until 4:30 p.m., except for State holidays.
