An example of sexual abuse:

An international tourist was sexually assaulted by her caregiver. A person hired to live with and care for a 70 year old disabled Japanese national who could only speak Japanese repeatedly assaulted the victim. Only when a neighbor who could also speak Japanese checked in on the elder, was it discovered that the caregiver held down the victim and repeatedly violated her. The caregiver, who was female, also physically assaulted the victim as well.
