Ahuimanu residents reclaim their neighborhood
Seven families in an Ahuimanu subdivision were terrorized by a neighbor for fifteen years. Monte Kapec and Neal Ishida led their neighborhood in a concerted effort with prosecutors and police to restore neighborhood safety and peace.
