Restore the cultural / spiritual setting of Waikane Valley
Revitalize the traditional & cultural settings using the Halau approach Develop a cultural place that will host visitors in the traditional ways of the people of Ko`olaupoko
Provide educational opportunities for the community
Provide a cultural and educational research setting for public learning Provide education on the wetland & stream ecological systems of the area Provide interpretive signage along the trails and at trailheads Provide agricultural demonstration areas for interpretive and educational use
Provide low impact recreational opportunities for the community and general public
