McCully - Moiliili Neighborhood Board # 8 Regular Meeting Agenda Thursday, October 2, 2008 6:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. RULES OF SPEAKING: Anyone wishing to speak must raise their hand; and when recognized to speak, address comments to the Chair. Comments must relate to the pending agenda item. Speakers are encouraged to keep their comments under 1 minute, and those giving reports are encouraged to keep their reports under 3 minutes. IX. NEW BUSINESS (5 minutes / topic). A. Declaring Seat Vacant – Gans. (RNP Section 4-2.2) When a board member accumulates three (3) or more absences from properly noticed regular board meetings within a one (1) year period, beginning June 1, the board shall have the option to declare the seat vacant B. City Bicycle Master Plan, meeting # 2. Wednesday, October 15th at C. Variance #2008/AVR03 to exceed maximum floor area at Call Steven Tagawa 768 – 8024 if you have questions D. Recess for Board #8 (pick one: December 4th; January 1st; February 5th; March 5th)
