A quorum (8 members) must be present by 6:40 p.m. or the meeting will receive information or testimony, only, without the board making any decisions (Sect. 1, Chap 92 HRS revised 6/08).

Please turn off / silence all pagers and telephones. Recognition by the Chair is required before speaking.

Only two (2) turns per person to Speak, including Board Members, of one minute each.

II.       PUBLIC SAFETY & COMMUNITY LIAISON (35 Minutes) - Questions in private or in writing to these officials before or after they speak would be greatly appreciated to save time

VI.      PRESENTATION:  1315 Kalakaua Avenue, Holomua project by Dave Bierwert, Samuel J. Chung and Serge Krivatsky. Proposed 176 units at affordable/moderate prices.

 Pumehana Street HECO project has started.  Expect delays for next 6 weeks.  Call 295 – 5422 open

 24 hours a day for complaints or information.
