RULES OF SPEAKING: Anyone wishing to speak is asked to be first recognized by the Chair, and address comments through the Chair. Speakers (community and Board), must keep their comments under 1 minute, and those giving reports are urged to keep their reports under 3 minutes. Please silence all electronic devices.

NOTE: The Board may take action on any agenda item. As required by the State Sunshine Law (HRS 92), specific issues not noted on this agenda cannot be voted on unless added to the agenda.

Order and Decorum: Our meetings are intended to act with fairness and order and done so according to the Neighborhood Board Plan. Everyone present is asked to treat each speaker with respect and keep your comments on agenda subjects within the time allowed.

B. The Makakilo/Kapolei/Honokai Hale Neighborhood Board No. 34’s next meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, August 26, 2009 at Kapolei High School Cafetorium.
