Matsunaga Institute for Peace and Conflict Resolution to Convene a Working Group to Explore the Safe Use of Hunting Dogs on Public Hiking Trails. Kalapawai Market, flooding at corner of crosswalk and presence of a large rock b. Wheelchair ramps at Kalapawai mkt and triangle park stop with no defined crosswalk painted c. Commercial vehicle traffic on corner of Kaelepulu and Mokulua Drives causing ponding where Board of Water Supply is engaged in construction activities d. School children need clearly defined crosswalk with large readable signs at McDonalds intersection (request signs similar to Hamakua and Aoloa) e. A request to DTS to look at the reflective paint for road lines and markings to try to increase reflectivity for low light conditions f. Wanaao Road between g.
