REGULAR MEETING AGENDA

Anyone wishing to speak must be first recognized by the chair. Each speaker will be allowed three minutes. The board practices civil discourse and speakers who stray from civility will be called out of order. The chair, in the interest of meeting efficiency, may limit the number of times a person may speak on any one agenda item. The chair may also allow those who have not spoken to be heard prior to those who have already spoken.

Please turn off or switch to “silent” mode all cellular phones and pagers.
