CALL TO ORDER:  At 7:15 p.m. Vice Chair Les Steward informed the Board and guests that the Board did not have quorum.  The Board has a total of eleven seats with a required six Board members present to do business. 

MEMBERS PRESENT: Kathryn Heath, Norman Kaluhiokalani, Creighton Mattoon, Warren Soh, Les Steward.

MEMBERS ABSENT (1): Barbara Kahana, Dee Dee Letts (Excused), Patrick Macy (Excused), Lefty Alo,

VACANCIES: One Vacancy; Subdistrict 1
