VII.       RESIDENTS’ CONCERNS: (Three-Minute Time Limit) “Sunshine Law” states concerns can be discussed by the Board; however, no motions and discussions leading to a vote unless it is on the agenda.

A. Two points to be submitted to Donovan Delacruz for the North Shore Board Area. To consider welfare and public safety for all residents to be included in their request. Presented by Chair Lyons.

 

B. First Wind – Wind farms in Kahuku. Presented by Lori Kalaki.

XII.        ANNOUNCEMENTS:

A.      The next Board meeting will be on November 20, 2008 starting at 7:00 p.m. at the John Kalili Surf Center
