1.        Getting a second access road from Whitmore via Wahiawa to H-2.

2.        Getting a Wahiawa Transit Center and improved bus services.

3.        Supporting resolutions of Neighborhood Boards 25 and 35.

4.        Relocating the HRSOC from Whitmore Avenue to Highway 99.

                                                                   morning and evening commuter rush hours.

3.            Improving maintenance of rail lights and Wilson Bridge, and re-striping of Kamehameha Highway into Wahiawa,

4.            Protecting against a rockslide at Thot Bridge.
