Board Meetings are held on the Second Monday of the Month

Rules of Speaking: Anyone wishing to speak is asked to raise their hand, and when recognized by the Chair to address comments to the Chair. Speakers are encouraged to keep their comments to under 3 minutes, and those giving reports are urged to keep their reports under 3 minutes. Please silence all electronic devices.

 

Note: The Board may take action on any agenda item. As required by the State Sunshine Law (HRS 92), SPECIFIC ISSUES NOT NOTED ON THIS AGENDA CANNOT BE VOTED ON, UNLESS ADDED TO THE AGENDA

 

*Note – This Board is not able to fill vacancies in its membership at this time, due to the wording of the Neighborhood Plan 2-14-104; this section will be amended as soon as possible.

e.         There are a total of six (6) vacancies on the Aiea Neighborhood Board.  Two (2) in Sub-district 1 (Halawa, Halawa Heights, Stadium, Halawa Valley and Ford Island; Two (2) in Sub-district 2 (Aiea and Aiea Heights); One (1) in Sub-district 3 (Pearlridge and Waimalu) and one (1) in Sub-district 4 (Newtown, Royal Summit, Aiea-side of Kaahumanu Street

d.         Advanced Healthcare Facilities (aka: AHC Facilities) update. AHC Facilities is interested in a property in Aiea located at 99-147 Mikalemi Street. AHC Facilities has 10 other facilities in 4 different states and provides physical therapy with short-term care, primarily for the elderly. – S. Ajimine.

e.         Reinstatement of Permitted Interaction Group (PIG) “Waimalu Rehabilitation/Reconstruction Project.-W. Clark
